An SEO and growth case study from my time at RahzaTech

As Digital Marketing Manager at RahzaTech I owned the online presence: search, paid campaigns and social. Over four years the work moved from scattered posting to a measurable growth system that consistently beat its targets.

Starting with a measurement problem

The first issue was not traffic, it was visibility into traffic. Nobody could say which channels produced enquiries, so budget followed opinion. I fixed tracking and reporting before touching a campaign.

Once each enquiry could be traced back to a source, the priorities became obvious rather than debatable.

Search: intent before volume

I rebuilt the site's search targeting around what buyers actually typed when they were ready to act, not the highest-volume industry terms. That meant clear service pages, honest titles and descriptions, and internal links that pointed to the pages meant to convert.

Organic visibility improved because the pages finally matched real queries — and because slow, thin pages were fixed rather than added to.

Paid search as a testing lab

Paid campaigns did two jobs: bring in enquiries now, and tell us which messages worked. Winning ad copy became page copy. Losing keywords were cut quickly instead of being nursed.

Tightening match types, negatives and landing-page relevance lifted campaign performance without lifting spend.

Social that supports the funnel

Social channels were run on a consistent calendar with one job per post — proof, education or invitation. Engagement mattered less to me than whether the audience moved toward an enquiry.

Results and what carried over

The combination — clean measurement, intent-led search, disciplined paid testing and consistent social — grew online presence and drove measurable revenue growth, with KPI targets consistently exceeded.

I still start every growth project the same way: make it measurable, then make it match intent.
